Salmon CHANJA: Raw salmon stomach carefully washed, salted, and seasoned with gochujang, garlic, and chili peppers.
It has a unique and delicious texture.

I signed a contract to buy a new CB1000F motorcycle at a Honda dealership.
However, many people have already signed contracts, so I'll have to wait a few months before I can get it.
It's perfect timing, as there will be snow and ice on the roads in Hokkaido until April.

I went to a Honda dealership.
In Hokkaido, motorcycle shops have a large number of small snow blowers on display during the autumn and winter seasons.
This is true not only for HONDA, but also for YAMAHA.

A shelf fungus is growing on a nearby tree.
In Japanese, it's called SARUNO KOSHIKAKE, which means monkey's chair.
Unfortunately, trees in this state are apparently infested with mycelium all the way down to the trunk.
