Thanks for this extensive explanation. Are there any noises or checks starting up on this or has the shutdown impeded that? I'm in the UK so don't have the low level knowledge on Politics in the US.
Armchair tourism, I'll follow this, thanks 👍🏻🍺🥚🚂 (no emoticon for crisps so I used a pickled egg).
Ah, potential flaw, from personal experience, how many commuters will now miss their stops due to an enthralling chapter? 😁
Have I missed all the publicity or is it muted? Philip Pullman's 3rd volume in The Book of Dust trilogy is coming out! I only know from walking past my local (UK) bookstore, backtracking, going in and pre-ordering. Clear my diary.

Current, I'd say IPA, BA Imperial Stout, Sour/Wild Fermentation.

The downside of Bluesky is seeing loads of stuff I can't get 😅

Long term, I'd say Steam Beer, IPA, draft lager. No disrespect meant, just the image I have from Anchor Brewing, Lagunita's and 1970s-80s films/tv series.
Thanks. We parked up on the mainland after a night on the island, to watch the tide come in so quickly. One day, I'll make the walk.
Playing Carnage by Nick Cave & Warren Ellis, cooking fish for my wife after her night out, seems to be the right soundtrack for this.

I finally made some time to go through 5 boxes I store beer. The idea was to remove it all from my memory & let it develop. It worked, I've found the Belgian beers I left to see how they evolve. 5yr old St Bernardus abt 12 had lost fizz but had pronounced aromas. 4 Yr old Rochefort 10 is lovely.
How numerous are they? I'm in the UK and assume they are rare, majestic and silent, but are they just on every street corner then?
Wow, that 90's colour scheme really aged you back then.
Good to see, and an incentive to head back over there soon. It was Zoutelande(?) last time and some great craft beer in one brewshop.
@trumanbooks.bsky.social, hi, could you save a copy of Forever Paris by Marin Montagut for October 25th please? Happy to pass on details via a DM. Thanks.
Where is this photo taken please?
Thanks. I'm rethinking my mixed fermentation strategy now. I have a jar of mixed yeasts and microbes (bottle dregs) and I think I'll add a smaller amount to the carboy than I'd assumed.

I did mine at Leeds as part of a career break, but while it didn't lead to a job change, it did reset my life/outlook as a result of the year's studies & variety. That's my take on doing it. There are funding options too. I hope it works out for you 🤞🏻💰
I love the framing and blue of the Armada shot, thanks.
For those of us who can't make the journey, will the exhibition book be available to buy from England? Thanks.
That ongoing connection nearer the UK sounds good. I'll keep an eye out on this, thanks.
Hi, where did you encounter this please? My wife (UK) posted something about America deserving better on Threads, follows people like Mark Ruffalo, & got this text too. So, is this a real thing or paranoid monitoring? Support & kudos to you all!
