Again I agree with most all of what you said, no need for the overzealous history lesson. Biden's only mistake was Garland. Garland dropped the ball in every way possible, but I'm not going to let Garland's fuckup overshadow everything Biden accomplished during his term. The pact act was good policy

Nixon could only be pardoned by POTUS. That doesn't make it right. But then again, Nixon wasn't facing high treason for his actions. Granted he tried to rig the vote, but that pales in comparison to inciting an insurrection on the day your opponent is being certified.

Biden said he was not getting involved. Even presidential level offenses were prosecutable, look at Nixon. It's not the president's job to prosecute, that's why he has the DOJ. His job is to enforce the laws. Biden weighing in would have possibly tainted the protection. We were glad he didn't bcuz

So I'm down to 125 miles in the tank which equates to about 4 gallons of gas. I need this to keep the AC running for my pets and my insulin since I don't have access to a refrigerator. Anything and everything helps keep me going out here.
