And tanking gets easier the more ya do it and the more you begin to parse the game's visuals. Believe me, Crystal Tower was a horrific experience for me the first time through too lmao. Now I actually prefer tanking it.

Between Dragonite and Victreebell, it really feels like GF has lost the sauce with mega pokemon. Would be more than happy to be proven wrong, but the mechanic making a return feels more and more like a monkey's paw situation to me.

God I love playing my ass off in XIV and getting absolutely fuck all for it. Random draw reward systems are soooo coooooool... 24 PEOPLE ARE IN THIS DUNGEON, WHY DOES ONLY ONE FUCKER GET DIBS ON WHAT'S IN THE CHESTS.

Like yea, you still need a little know-how to get things going, and I'm still trying to figure out why things feel a little sluggish on a fresh install. But as far as general usage goes? I'm impressed! Basically everything I try works either just as good, or even better than on Windows too.

Been dabbling with Linux (Mint specifically) as Microsoft continues to threaten me with a Win11 install. I'm amazed at how far things have come since I last tried it roughly a decade back. It's so comfortable now!

Gave Slippi a spin since I've really been craving a Smash fix lately (and can't play Ultimate).

And man. Melee's age really shows, to put it nicely. It hardly feels like I have control of my character half the time. Even less so when I'm getting juggled by spacies.
