And, of course it's bad. Just trying to figure out *how* bad, you know?

Obviously I'm consuming heat and power resources. Obviously I'm justifying the existence of generative AI image tools, I guess?

But is it AS harmful to the art community? Is it still seen as stealing work?

Gen AI ethics question. Does "draw rectangles representing the monitor layout you're talking about" close to the level of objectionable qualify as using AI *art?*

I've unfortunately had to compromise my ethics on gen AI in general to remain relevant in my field, but I won't (yet :/ ) use AI art.

Whenever I see nsfw art that isn't tagged by the creator, I mute the account that posted it because some day Blue Sky might miss the moderation itself - it's happened before - and ya girl still has her phone with her when she's at work.

It's really sad when I mute an account with GOOD nsfw art 😭
