When the season started I wanted the Tigers to advance to the ALCS, figured that was our next step. The end of the season was horrible, but the team redeemed itself in the playoffs. Yesterday’s game was magical, and I think gives Harris a clear picture about what he needs to improve — if he does it.

This game (and series, really) reminded me so, so much of early 2000s’ baseball. Fun game, back and forth, clutch plays — truly was something special.
