During the last administration, Patrick McHenry, a Republican, and Shalonda Young, the budget director negotiated the debt ceiling crisis. Now there aren’t any McHenry’s in town due to a long long holiday, and I cannot imagine Russ Vought negotiating with anyone other than the devil.
