Hello, this is Damon Gumbert with @thepostcincy.com again. Just wanted to ask people what kind of written content you’d like for the website, does breaking fcc news float your boat? Anyway, I’m at @streetsidebrewery.bsky.social enjoying a beer that I will get a dollar off on by mentioning The Post

Feels like the big difference between the Union and FC Cincinnati is this exact thing. FCC had a rough stretch against some bad teams and dropped points when they needed them

That’s a win for FC Cincinnati. They take care of the Red Bulls in a 1-0 victory. Evan Louro with his first (i think) clean sheet against his former academy club. Fantastic match from him and great work to see the game out at the end.

Philadelphia Union officially clinch the supporters shield with a 1-0 victory over NYCFC. FCC will have nothing but positioning to play for in two weeks when they take on Montreal.

Philadelphia has scored and is leading NYCFC 1-0 at the end of the first half. A win and they clinch the supporters shield

12’: an absolute rocket from Kevin Denkey puts FC Cincinnati up 1-0 early. A perfectly placed shot just roars past Coronel. Good lordt

I’m such a shit wrestling fan that I didn’t even know WWE was in Cincinnati tonight. I wasn’t going to go but I should have still known

I could probably ask AI to answer this question but I don’t like that so I will dig in and get this stat for you when I have more free time. Might be after Saturdays game.

“I don’t think we defended particularly well over the full 90 minutes” Head Coach Pat Noonan said about tonight’s draw with Orlando City SC

Also, NYCFC has snuck into the top three in the East. They could be a hard team to beat when the playoffs roll around. Something The FC knows a little about.

Update: Miami drew, Philly won, SD lost, Vancouver tied. FCC needs a win tonight to keep up with The Union in the Supporter’s Shield race. Orlando can’t move down in the standings but could leap Nashville and Charlotte with a win. A draw does nothing for either.

They are so lucky that the browns suck on offense because this game has been total ass from the bengals.

Most obvious representation of how bad referees are was showing a replay of Joe Burrow having his facemask grabbed and the referee in the background staring directly at it and not throwing a flag.

Guys what if we find out today that the bengals defense is actually good… enough to stop a terrible offense?
