Doing a remake of a concept I had probably 20+ years ago. Really pushing myself with the extreme foreshortening here.

Here's something a little different. This is Ellie and she's a therapy dog. She's recently started visiting kids and her person wanted to have a coloring page to hand out.

The awesome feeling when you're done with a piece of art.

Definitely spent WAY more time on the background than I did on the figures. Which is my least favorite part but totally worth it for the results.

Getting close to the end. I could just make a boring dirt path but there’s just so much detail and interest on real life trails through the forest that I wanted to take the time to include it all. Twigs and rocks and dried leaves all adding to the interesting texture. Might as well go big.
