Throwing this out as an option for #Gunpla and #Gundam folk who don't have space or can't sit at desks for long periods. I snip builds into sorter boxes and have a build box for building on lap on the couch so I can spend time with my wife. Details in Alt text.

Document/Letter box from Walmart. Has a lid and snaps shut so my cat's and toddler can't get at blades/small parts/ glue easily (also store it high up so the toddler can't reach it).

Insert trays were bought from dollar tree and just help me separate build steps or kit sections so I don't always have the bits box out as well.

This was from the tools section at Walmart I paid $14 for a pair of them. I snip the entire build on logical steps so I need to keep runners and boxes out on the living room.

I then transfer however many steps into my build box so I don't need to sit with this on the couch as well.

It takes so much tape, but it’s so worth it when it’s done.

Finished with the pearl on the white armor for Aerial. All that’s left is doing the minor metallic detailing. Happy to see my JB Weld fix for the compressor is holding up.

My air compressor’s moisture trap cracked, so now I have to wait until the 11th to keep working on Aerial. Until then I’m going to try to jury rig a solution with JB Weld on the cord prt to see if that holds pressure.
