Should have known it was fishy when the company had to be prompted to take down the listing during negotiations as opposed to doing it on their own.

Kanbina Clothing is now seeming to back down on making things right.
Claiming they can’t afford proper compensation and won’t offer a contract which is SKETCHY.
Put the pressure on them to make things right & not steal from small artists like they claim to be.

That is what they are in communications about! But it’s incredibly valid if the original artist does not wish to sell their design to the maker also. Plenty of other unstolen merch can be made and people getting merch is not the priority in this matter.

Kanbina Clothing has properly acknowledged and apologized for the stolen art, they fired the “artist” that took it and are working with the original one to make things right.
