do NOT get me started, our poor dog really suffers. We need a legislation making it illegal to set off fireworks within a set distance a dwelling or stables etc Also have a set time for instance between 7 to 8pm - or just ban the sale to any f*ckers and only allow public displays. Petition anyone?

FFS we have ICAO 9303 epassports for a reason, the chip contains both biometric and biographic information. as long as the machine readable zone isn’t damaged then the individual can be verified . This is just some jobsworth throwing their weight about.
