LTC 2023

- 1st Splatoon LAN and 1st LAN where I actually knew of and or were friends with a lot of people

- Getting to meet my team in person for the first time who are now all among some of my best friends

- Winning Silver Bracket in game 5 and riding the euphoric wave for the rest of the trip

MIT held a major called Stormbreak in late 2022 and I did seeding for it and got to work with people such as Kbot and Roundy. Eventually joined Minnow Cup staff late and did helpdesk + match moderating duties. MIT's gone inactive since so I haven't done much of anything the past 6 months

Back to MIT, I became a head TO of the LaunchPoint Draft Cup which in addition to my earlier duties there allowed for me to help create and balance teams, to help seed players, handled giving/removing the appropriate server roles and also have made a few map lists.

While doing the above I joined Little Squid League's staff and mostly answered questions in the helpdesk area and in the Battlefy chats. At some point I also joined From The Ink Up when it was starting out and eventually became one of the heads of verification there for a few months.

Started off as a match score reporter in MIT for LaunchPoint Drafts who handled tallying up the leader board and announcing the top 10 players of each season. From then I joined MIT's verification team and verified people for both LaunchPoint and Ink Odyssey, the mid level version of LaunchPoint.

Having an understanding of how the points system works now, I think I can get 1st the next time I try one which will be either next Sunday or the one after. Was less than 3 points from 3rd place and probably would have gotten it if one of my shifts didn't have someone dc in wave 2

Granted I haven't tried a lot of them to this point, the 3DS/WiiU era (and Miiverse) gave me an appreciation for indies. Each time it felt like I was actually playing a game made by gamers, for gamers.
