We all have our own issues, but part of being an artist professionally is customer service and communication. If they aren't giving you that, they are in the wrong.

Nah man. You give it a month, message, if no response, give it a week and tell them you expect to hear from them within a week. If they still ghost you, send them another message telling them you will issue a chargeback if you don't receive a response within the next week, then follow through.
