I/D (2/2): The design uses a soft lavender background with dark blue text and includes a stylized globe illustration at the bottom.
I/D (1/2): The graphic features the Deaf Equality logo at the top, followed by the headline text “800+ ORGANIZATIONS. ONE MESSAGE:” and the bold central message “Protect children. Restore IDEA oversight.”
We urge the Administration and Congress to protect children and immediately restore staffing and support at ED. It’s a moral and legal obligation for our nation's children.

We are proud to stand with 800+ national, state, local, civil rights, education, and disability advocacy organizations in condemning the mass layoffs at the Department of Education (ED) — jeopardizing decades of progress in protecting students with disabilities.
Deaf Equality stands with more than 60 disability organizations calling for a Senate Oversight Hearing.

Recent actions by the Department of Education were not approved by Congress and put IDEA protections and children’s rights at risk.

"Honoring 15 years of progress in communication and technology made possible by the 21st Century Communications and Video Accessibility Act (CVAA).” The Deaf Equality logo appears in the bottom right corner.
I/D: Large, bold navy text reads “15 YEARS OF THE CVAA,” with the number “15” styled vertically on the left against a soft blue gradient background. Below the headline, smaller text says,
At Deaf Equality, we honor the 15th anniversary of the CVAA and continue the work to ensure that technology and communication services become truly accessible for all.
On October 8, 2010, President Obama signed the 21st Century Communications and Video Accessibility Act (CVAA) into law. The CVAA is a landmark law that brought us closer to equal access to modern communications for Deaf, DeafBlind, DeafDisabled, Hard of Hearing, and Late Deafened people.
with the tagline “Promoting Accessible Technologies and Environments” underneath, and the center prominently displays the hashtag #GlobalAccessibility in bold white letters. Along the bottom is the Deaf Equality logo.
I/D: 2025 M-Enabling Summit, featuring a blue gradient background with a green swoosh along the bottom and a subtle digital network design in the upper right corner. The top text reads “2025 M-Enabling Summit”
Driving Global Accessibility at the 2025 M-Enabling Summit

We will be in Washington D.C. from October 6 - 8 for the 2025 M-Enabling Summit joining disability advocates, policymakers, and professionals in the #DigitalAccessibility space. We look forward to connecting with you there!
I/D (3/3) Global Alliance of Speech-to-Text Captioning, GU Alumni, CSD (Communication Service for the Deaf), accesSOS, and Deaf & Hard of Hearing Bar Association.
I/D (2/3): At the bottom, there is a white strip containing the logos of supporting organizations, including TDI, HLAA (Hearing Loss Association of America), NASADHH (National Association of State Agencies of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing)
I/D (1/3): The image has a light blue background with the Deaf Equality logo at the top. Below the logo, the central message is displayed prominently in large, bold, black uppercase letters: "WE OPPOSE PROPOSED 503 ROLLBACKS."
(4/4) We are united in opposing these actions that eliminate job opportunities for people with disabilities.

Co-signed by:
TDI • HLAA • NASADHH • Global Alliance • GU Alumni • CSD • accesSOS • Deaf and Hard of Hearing Bar Association
(3/4) We also strongly oppose removing the goal that federal contractors should aim for at least 7% of their workers to be people with disabilities. Rolling back these obligations threatens equal opportunity for deaf and hard of hearing employees and applicants.
(2/4) Section 503 ensures that federal contractors recruit, hire, and retain qualified workers with disabilities. Specifically, we strongly oppose taking away the option for employees/applicants to voluntarily disclose they have a disability.
(1/4)

We Oppose Proposed Section 503 Rollbacks

Deaf Equality, together with other deaf and hard of hearing advocacy organizations, has filed comments opposing the proposed rollbacks to parts of Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act.
Deaf Equality isn’t local — we serve all 50 states, fighting for access nationwide.
