Feb in the field: Rashmi Guha Ray spoke with food delivery partners on park benches, in fast food joints, even on shop stairs. Many work 2-16 hours daily, making ‘flexible time meaningless. Zomato announced rest points in Bengaluru for delivery partners to recharge and access Wi-Fi. @erc.europa.eu
