This also drives me mad: listening to people talk in releases and interviews where, if I was talking to this person one on one in an employment setting or at a function, every red flag would be going up and this person would be actively avoided.

Larger yolk to white ratio. I usually can't tell the difference at all. Sometimes depending on what they've gotten into they taste ever so slightly fishy but it's very mild.
