So schreibst du den perfekten Titel: Ich verrate es Dir im Podcast der Akademie für Publizistik "Einmal mit Profis arbeiten". Mittwoch, 19.3.25. Überall wo's gute Podcasts gibt.
@zeruhur.bsky.social Hi Roberto, I'm looking for your role-playing game Thalassa. But all the links seem broken. As I'd really like to play it with SilverNightingale's *Isles of the Sea Kings*, is there any way you could make it available for me? Best wishes, Bernhard
Exactly my reasoning! Thx.
It's the Swiss trains. Formerly, German trains were aloud on Swiss railtracks, but since they have so many delays, they must stop now at the German Swiss border. German travellers then have to disembark and use a Swiss train to continue their travels in Switzerland. The times they are a'changing. 🎶
nope, only when the train is delayed. and it wasn't. they would probably make you pay more because they argue if you sweat you lose weight.
arrived in Düsseldorf after 4 hours in what felt like a sauna. ah, Germany isn't anymore what it used to be. but I guess that's what all old people say.
Oh, well, sitting in a train with a broken air conditioning. But thanks for asking!
Here's a shout-out to @glenbmulcahy.bsky.social and #mojofest which is happening right now in Dublin. Watch out for hashtags like #mojofest25 and #mojofestdublin -- to learn from the best. Or watch this video on mobile journalism: 📲✔️

This is what I was wondering: what are they doing? Are they doing something. It's pretty silent on their side. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Otherwise, I'd call them blogers, vlogers or whatever they are. But it's tempting to use "mainstream media" in order to keep it short. :)
Actually, I use "the media" as an umbrella term for the classic trio print, TV and radio as well as the web and social media. When I have to differentiate, I just list which media I mean. Does that make sense? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I wouldn't use Trump's and MAGA'S derogative term "mainstream media" though. ;-)

We’re witnessing a frightening consolidation of power in the US right now. The pace of which is accelerating every day. All branches of government in one set of hands. Elon leading Silicon Valley into a merger with Washington. And the now explicit self-censorship by a media owner.
Scoop: After the LA Times published a piece about Elon Musk that carried a headline owner Patrick Soon-Shiong didn't like, a new rule was implemented: Prior to publishing opinion stories, headlines must be emailed to Soon-Shiong, where he can then choose to weigh in. www.status.news/p/los-angele...
The Times They Are A-Changin’
Staffers at the Los Angeles Times described to Status a demoralized publication depleted of its spirit in which employees are "confused," "offended," and "frustrated."

By all means: go smartphone. 📲 But that's something @marcsettle.bsky.social would have told you, too. The one thing he and I could never agree on was whether it's got to be an iPhone or an Android device. :)
And if they didn't fix it in London, it didn't bother them. 👍 I'm not familiar with the apps you have to use for the BBC. But if you have the chance, you can use Apple's own Final Cut Pro App for filming and fixing the white balance beforehand.
It's not too bad. One could have fixed it in post - with VN Video Editor (iOS and Android, free app) fir instance. But it might have become greenish (photo). So given the short time. All's well. :)
For social media - yes. For more professional productions - maybe less so. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I'm more and more interested in those which are really, really good!
Interesting. I had a different impression while I was working for the BBC. But that was half a lifetime ago. Best wishes, B.
Why's that Paul, and in what country are you based?
Looks like you're selling stuff. ;-)
Doing some training there?
Hey, an answer after 6 years. But better late than never. 🤗 And good news for my clients.👍
