I'm looking at pics of the ToyBiz figure........I don't know about that. But Mcfarlane Toys though doesn't design figures like they should to make a super definitive one. Just "settling".

They can do whatever they want. There is no contract but MTO, they are going to want to keep costs down. I don't think uniqueness matters more on a business level then more potential buyers.

At some point people need to just plan ahead. I just can't get past the idea that if you did it an hour, day, week, or month earlier. You and others wouldn't have had issues.

Still that's 45 full days. I'm not surprised in the last 15 minutes the system probably got overwhelmed. It's just like a mob of people going for the day at the same time instead or groups over the course of an hour. I can't fault Hasbro on this one. But the site is way worse now.
