Wish I felt like I was worth any of the friends I had. Was worth any praise I get for anything. Worth anything.

Been a little while since I did a Pathfinder MMO thread thing, so lets do one of those. This time, we're going to do a dungeon, and we'll be adapting the very first Pathfinder Society adventure, the Silent Tide.
Well xe better get used to it if xir gonna keep being that pretty

And if I might say, respectfully, AWOOOOGA
There is a clear, fair rule. It's in place for a good reason. There's nothing strictly wrong with the "public noodles", they are just a little more worn down. But none of that mattered because someone younger than her told her what to do.
But this woman, with a rage I have rarely seen, said she had to be allowed to use these whenever she wanted. And because she was loud my boss just agreed to let her to avoid conflicts. And I know this isn't something important, but it illustrates the attitude.
To which I was like "a lot of people paid for those, and also that's not how this works. This rule is in place for a reason." Because we have had people ask about swimmers that stay late after that class using them, and why they can't use the same noodles as those people.
Then one day, this woman comes in and grabs one. I tell her she can't use them, only for that class. They are clearly labeled as such but people rarely read that sign and it was poorly worded. She turns to me and says "No I paid for this, I'll use it when I want"
Another anecdotal example that annoyed me honestly.

Back where I used to work, we had a set of pool noodles specifically designated for water aerobics class. People fundraised specifically for them to be used like that, so they wouldn't get played with like the ones used more often by kids.
Everything is that same issue, blown up to a thousand.
And the end response is still "Well I'm gonna let kids drink from my hose because no one can tell me what to do!"

Why???? Why the fuck do you care where kids get water from?

The answer is they don't, they care about being questioned on authority.
