Tbh I've been feeling this way a lot lately, but only at work, and I'm kinda struggling to figure out exactly why. Or rather, I have an inkling about why, but. The why is no longer present so it seems irrational for me to still feel this way.

Today at work I was really anxious bc I felt like we were behind and then my coworker walked in, looked around, and was like "???? Everything looks good tho?? You're literally caught up on everything???" And he was right but I still felt Big Worry for the majority of my shift
