👀 LONG VIEW 👀 A decade of programming but lack of operational & revenue focus led to a complete organization pause. We activated a rebuild by recruiting a new board and helping it shape strategy, design revenue architecture, and (w/ a firm) hire a new executive who is achieving results & growth.
