I got kicked from the therapy program btw lmfao, I was sick for multiple days but they deemed me not sick enough and thought I should have still gone + said I should just learn coping mechanisms to deal with my chronic pain xP

It's fine I applied pressure for a bit bit and it slowed but ugh I kinda feel light headed
