it's so weird to me who gets a dub name and who doesn't too, lol. i guess "Seto Kaiba" and "Mokuba" are japanese names that roll a lot easier off the tongue than like, "Jonouchi" but it's funny which spots are papered over with american flags and which blatantly aren't

LMAO YES i was just rewatching some of YGOTAS last night to compare/kinda get a break from Repetitive Dub Music, and he just straight up takes actual lines from the dub without even really pointing at them but they become funnier by their proximity to other jokes

im still kinda scared i'll never reach my full potential because of the decade i spent in hell while doctors pretended nothing was wrong with me lmfao

but also i've developed persistence and frustration tolerance and most importantly EXTREME HUNGER this whole time

turns out that when every single drawing session doesn't involve sacrificing my hit points and having to slowly recover over a period of days to weeks im much more willing to throw myself at difficult things

carpal/cubital tunnel release has allowed for longer drawing sessions and boy ohboy ohboy am i learning some shit. for a long time i didn't really have the stamina to both Produce Things and Actually Study so my improvement was super slow

oh yeah i have learned so much from talking to other artists in discord servers hahaaaaa it's great. i love when you say "oh you can just use the Thingydoo" and like 5 other people go "WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT TELL ME MORE ABOUT THE THINGYDOO" and several lives are changed
