Learning it on Mint now and it's honestly been more straightforward and relaxing than any situation brought about by Windows in recent memory. Lot of people insisting on how complicated it is because they watched one LTT video five years ago or something I guess.

Started installing Linux Mint on a new NVME only to have all my USB devices stop working. Turned out to be something to do with a botched Windows update I had been putting off for ages.

Needless to say, feeling vindication in avoiding Windows 11.

Completely disconnected from it myself. Strong aversion to gacha personally, but I've learned a lot as well. For all my issues I take with the business model I adore how much love the actual horses get as a result of the franchise. It's really heartwarming.
