October is breast cancer awareness month 💗

Breast cancer is the commonest cancer in the UK. Regular checking of your breasts is essential for early diagnosis

You can also reduce your risk by not smoking, eating a healthy diet and keeping alcohol intake to recommended limits.

My heart goes out to all those affected by today’s horrifying attack in Greater Manchester, and to the wider Jewish community on this the holiest day of the Jewish faith.

The Employment Rights Bill has my full support.

✅ It bans Fire & Rehire
✅ Gives workers employment rights from Day One
✅ Strengthens sick pay, parental and bereavement entitlements.
✅ Increases protection from sexual harassment.

Disappointed to see the ratings given to two Sussex NHS providers in the new national league tables today.

We have so many fantastic professionals across our health services but the performance of our trusts overall is not great news.
