According to the UK treasury, payment processors are in the right and the gouvernment has no plans to step in. This puts it in direct contrast to what artists and the UK games industry have asked for.

Also i know there was that one reddit post of the guy saying they wrote it, but theres no way to solidly prove for sure that they're legit. We'll probably never know 100% for sure and i think thats for the best for their sake.
