I don’t normally share things deeply emotional…. But I am dealing with depression and trying to recover from the trauma of being rejected, isolated and torn down. I am in a better place now, but depression seriously sucks.

This was my bible when I got into nude recreation. The “World Guide to Nude Beaches and Recreation” was published by Lee Baxandall who founded the Naturist Society. In the 1990s, you could actually buy it in a regular bookstore. It taught me everything I needed to know to become a naturist.
