The state of rail travel. Every ticket to London apart from the most expensive is ‘specific train only’ and non refundable. Buying a return is cheaper by a tiny margin so long as you know which train you’re definitely returning on, otherwise you might find you overpaid. It’s fucking ridiculous.

The interesting thing is that if you were presented with a history of Farage’s statements on Russian affairs alongside Gill’s statements and told that ‘one of these people took bribes from Russia’ you would have literally no way of determining which it was. All coincidental of course.

I used to get a 10p mix; half and penny sweets. Once got home and realised I’d taken two banana sweets and only paid for one. I walked back to the shop to let them know. They let me keep it, which I thought was very kind at the time.

Although I am a little skeptical of OBAA as I have only seen two PTA movies previously: Boogie Nights, which was great, and Punch Drunk Love, which I thought was awful, but everyone else loved it. I avoided his stuff after that tbh. But this looks interesting.

I really want to see OBAA and The Long Walk, but there’s something stopping me from watching Spinal Tap. I love the original but I’m just really nervous about this, especially having seen the trailer.

I get text messages once a week from an Indian restaurant in Exmouth I got a takeaway from 10 years ago. Don’t want to block the number just in case I order from there again and they need to contact me.

The weirdest thing about that ‘Paul McCartney died in 1966’ conspiracy is that McCartney looks basically identical in the 80s as the early 60s. If you’re looking for a celebrity to make up a shit conspiracy about at least use one who isn’t obviously not dead.
