I think we really should stop using antifa and just fully say anti-fascist and get them saying they are against anti fascism. Using antifa is giving them some distance and I genuinely think some of their base don’t even know that’s what it stands for.

It sounds like you are amongst people who are known to each other, and in some cases chose each other, so that hypothetically should increase the chances of compatibility. Degrees of separation in preferences notwithstanding. IE: my friend may become my other friend’s friend, since they both like me

It's fascinating and revealing how many centrists think refusing to compromise on human rights to gain the support of bigots represents a "political purity test," yet also think that a bigot saying "I won't join you unless you accommodate my bigotry" does NOT represent a "political purity test."
