Possibly the improper conduct was separate, because he gave the jury the middle finger after hearing he was DQ'ed. Not professional, of course. He explained it later as the culmination of a frustrating preparation period towards the Olympics.

He didn't "get physical". He came down on the track too early and touched another rider who crashed as a result. That was a big error and the disqualification was probably deserved, but there did not seem to be intent, aggression or "getting physical", or he would have got a long suspension.

Either it was a marketing/tourism decision, or maybe the Ronde van Nederland name was still owned by others, idk. But yeah, like @inrng.com correctly counted, 4 more provinces besides (South-) Holland: North-Brabant tomorrow, Limburg on Friday, then Drenthe and finally Gelderland (Guelders).

Yes, that is exactly the idea. I only have Netflix and Disney and I didn't google it any further. Disney owns Hulu so that's to be expected but Discovery is apparently another one.

Mijn hoop was dat jij dat net gedaan had! Maar het is prima, het is niet zo ver van de route om even te kijken. Ik heb nog niet direct plannen om te gaan, maar mocht ik er naartoe gaan en er aan denken, dan zal ik het verdict melden.
