have you ever tried putting your phone or devices or things that distract you outside of your viewing distance or your room? /genq

or perhaps you can find something to do that will help you to unwind, like instead of being on your phone you can hide it away somewhere and read a book or write

maybe u could try organizing your thoughts into rational and irrational thoughts? get urself comfy, try to ground urself and maybe put on some comforting music like a band/musician u like or piano or lofi
