i had to work this weekend and went to grab some dinner after work tonight only to discover i have an entirely flat tire.

seeing as it was 9pm on a sunday, that’s a tomorrow problem.

so i had to make dinner at home instead.

honestly if that’s my biggest problem rn, i’m doing pretty well! 🤗

i think my period has gone back to normal after a few months of weirdness!

which is GREAT because i don’t want to be on the hormonal birth control my doctor gave me.

i went into a store without a mobility aid for the first time since…2018????

it was quick and my muscles are practically atrophied from lack of use, but i did it!!!

i need to find some low impact exercises to strengthen my legs and back. i always end up just doing squats lol.

for some reason i thought it was november, but nope. my brother physically assaulted me, and that was the end of that.

i never even said i was going no contact. just…stopped. and in that entire decade, my email and phone number have been the same. no one’s ever reached out.

thinking about how i don’t hate being fat, but i do miss roller coasters/super scary amusement park rides. MAKE BIGGER SEATS I BEG YOU.

(i got kicked off a ride in 8th grade because i couldn’t fit in the seat, and that will never not sting)

i will not be making thanksgiving for myself this year.

this will be my sixth thanksgiving by myself and i’m just tired. what even is the point?

a truly apolitical opinion is that zohran mamdani is the most attractive politician i’ve ever seen.

anyway, i don’t have much hope he’d stay as cool as he seems now if he won, but i think it might motivate the left if he does, so that’s something at least.

it makes me really resentful that all the advice i got for the past 8 years is “move more” “do physical activity” “exercise.” suddenly when the heart monitor was on me, it changed to “for the love of god, stop moving.”

hopefully now i can work on strengthening my legs/back so i can move more.

this is insane.

my first night in the hospital, a bunch of staff burst into my room because my heart rate jumped up to the 190s simply by standing and walking 5 steps to the bathroom.

now i can go up two flights of stairs to my apartment, and my heart barely hits 100bpm. this is WILD.

i think whoever is running wendy’s is purposely trying to run it into the ground which is a shame, because it was always a solid place.

the food keeps getting smaller, the change from regular lettuce to shredded is gross, they got rid of sweet and sour sauce?? and the prices are garbage.
