Hi Jenna, I think that is a coincidence! Civil Defence is a fantastic organisation with plenty of female volunteers. Like me, many are multi-disciplined and have volunteered for many, many years. There is a special camaraderie and a massive feel-good factor. I would highly recommend it! 💙🧡

Some very important advice from the #RNLI as people take to the coast during the hot weather spell. Extreme caution should also be exercised in rivers and lakes, which can be very cold and dangerous. Always have a plan, tell someone where you are going and have a means of calling for help.

I have found that interactions/engagements on here have dwindled significantly since I joined. Sports updates are very much lacking and some big commercial names are holding off on making the move while others have reserved their handle, but have done little more than that.
