The misaligned one is now my display copy. A gender-flipped Cinderella retelling available most retailers. An expert assassin. A lonely fae princess. A mad scheme to save her life. #romantasybooks
I will be at Tucson Festival of Books on Saturday March 15 from 1:30-4:30 at the Indie Author Pavilion. I’ll have my fairy tale retellings available. Stop by, say hi!

Took a writing break over the weekend and now getting back into accountability posts:

1300 and some change on Monday and 998 last night. The WIP is wipping

The first part of the books has generally lived in my head for months if not years before I start writing it, so getting that down on paper is fairly easy. The next 1/3 is usually the hardest for me
I did it! 10,200 words over the weekend. I prefer a steadier pace to give myself thinking time but the first 1/3 of the book always goes pretty quick anyway. Now I can settle in and be on track even if I have some off days.
1100 words last night and 2800 tonight. Aiming for a 10k weekend (which I consider Friday night thru Sunday) because the next two weekend are not looking good for finding writing time due to good things like spring break and Tucson Festival of Books.
