A great start on Monday for our new Women's over 18s social football session.

Got a feeling this will be a really good group.

Unfortunately we are limited to numbers each week and places are going fast. It's a first come first served basis and we've only got a few places left for next week.
After 4 years, we say goodbye to Penketh Tennis Club, our original base for our over 60s Walking Football group. We've got great memories from there, but we move to our new home at Fiddlers Ferry Golf Club indoor 3g pitch starting 30th January 2025.
Let's make some new memories.
The weather outside is frightful..ok we've gone past the December C word. It's awful out there but we have managed to get some sessions on.

So no slouching, new year etc, get yourself out there and get active.

Don't forget that being more active can reduce the risks of the other C word..Cancer.
Enjoy Football. would like to wish all our friends past present and hopefully future a very Happy New Year.

Thank you all for believing in us for another yearand we look forward to what 2025 brings.
A chapter closes for our RecoveryAllStar and #OneGameAtaTime sessions as we bid farewell to our home of 5 years. We've had some great times at Bank Quay Sports Club, met some great friends had some great events. Thanks to everyone who has turned up past and present over that time.
That's it.

Done for 2024.

We'll see you all in 2025 with some new stuff.

Have a great Christmas and a happy new year.
We asked for help from the Warrington Football community for our @WarringtonFB donations and boy did we get it, smashing our previous figure.

Massive thanks to everyone who donated, took part. Shout outs to Warrington Town FC and CrosfieldsJFC .
Last WA5 walking football and Lionesses sessions for 2024 and the weather and illness beating us badly for numbers.

It's a pity really as there were some potentially fascinating hats from the Lionesses.

We go again next year and hopefully it'll be a lot more pleasant weather wise.
Another one done for the year at Birchwood #WalkingFootball.

"It's not about quantity, it's about what you do and what it means to those who want to play and when we see people coming back every week, we know we are doing something right"

Dave Smith 2024.
Well, that's our Tuesday morning walking football session at Warrington Town FC done for 2024.

Finished with a great game, and what a perfect penalty from the boss, Dave Smith. @Dodd-bob take a bow.

Christmas hat week, this is the benchmark.
