My issue is I've never met a DJ - especially an experienced one who didn't recognize game. Old DJs moan but not about people with talent.

The fame is irrelevant to me anyway.

Possibly, in my experience DJs love a skillful DJ doing good work, its people who just ride the technology without learning how to select the tunes that get the ire

Had a slight delay getting the set together for tonight @phoenixpubbristol when Gari Cat decided to have a kip in front of the decks. A shake of the Dreamies pack got him moving. He approved the set, especially the later stages where it all goes 4 to the floor. He loves that stuff. He's a house cat

The woman had no idea who Kraftwerk were and appeared to be on a date. When they played Trans Europe Express, she said 'is that like Eurostar?'. When they played Spacelab, she opined 'is Spacelab real?'. At that point, I murdered her, and the whole audience gave me a round of applause.

I paid £75 to see them at the Tate. Some woman talked relentlessly all the way through it. It was the last time I paid that much for a single gig. There's only one member Kraftwerk left isn't there?

It was heartwarming - sad how most of the panel still stuck relentlessly to the hype around the subject rather than the obvious push back they were getting. The country is a better place for the people who come here IMO
