Been thinking about solar energy and I'm wondering why the panels aren't placed over parking lots? Vast expanses surround major shopping plazas which could be utilized to generate power AND shade vehicles. Also, with thermo nuclear development we could harvest the energy from the heat!!! Elect me!

Sorry you're freezing but damn the water is low here. I'm lucky, we've got a really good well but friends just put 34 thousand litres (around 9000 gallons) of water in their well. They've flushed the toilet twice and the ground is just sucking the water up.
