Unfortunately they won’t. There’s plenty of people who have been cancelled and rightly so, but how a guy who has been accused of rape by multiple people - some minors - and sends used condoms to cast mates - continues to get cast like nothing’s happening. I love MOTU, and honestly would have loved

That’s what I’ve heard as well. Full transparency I haven’t actually researched it, but I follow a lot of trans folk who don’t like Newsom, and frequently where there’s smoke there’s fire - but I would like to hear more about the actual actions.

If Pritzker or Newsom get us out of this situation, I’m not going to stand on my soapbox and say that I’m abstaining. No, I’ll vote for them and then pester the crap out of them for trans rights, lgbtq rights, etc. Quoting Niemöller and saying “fascism is here!” 1000 times doesn’t stop this. 7/6

I loved Pres. Obama but I didn’t agree with everything he did. I would like to see the Democrats throw their weight behind the people with the momentum even if they are people like AOC - because both she and Obama share above all else one thing in common- they talk about hope for the future. Being made. And we are in this mess because one group acts like infallible zealots- so we should not make the same mistake. The number one goal right now for everyone- even Republicans who have defected from MAGA to keep MAGA from destroying our government to serve a few wealthy aholes. 5/7

I consider myself much more progressive than you - HOWEVER I do agree that there is some moral superiority that occurs on the left which can be manipulated. The you’re 💯 on my side or 💯 not is a huge issue. Yes, I think progressives are the future. Yes, I am not happy with the Democratic Party 1/7

rant, (believe it or not I simplified it to generic terms for the factors,) I’d just very much like to see this myth die. “Because you’re supposed to,” is a dumb motive, and you can also mourn it while still not wanting it. If someone doesn’t get that, they’re choosing not to understand.

was one of those people, and so were her parents. So I’m ending it. And you know what my worth despite what (as an American male) society tells me is not dependent on how much money I make, or how many laborers I can produce, but on the way I treat others, adults and children.
