What started as a passion project of mine, when I was struggling to feel a sense of belonging in our industry, has evolved into a community of over 10,000 members from around the world, connecting through our online groups and initiatives on a daily basis, and meeting in person at our conferences held in London, Berlin, Philadelphia, Portland, and Melbourne.

& we do it all whilst maintaining The WTS Way: our values, rules, and code of conduct.
