If you're reading news or analysis from anyone who implies that Donald Trump had a shot of receiving the Nobel and/or that this choice is an anti-Trump rebuke by the Nobel Committee, you should try getting news or analysis from someone who is actually interested in the reality of global politics

Better journalism means more employed journalists – more reporters means more breadth, more time for each reporter to dive into each story, more time for reporters to develop beats and sources, more time to stop and think. Good reporting is an art and a skill that needs focus and attention.
