I am enjoying the journey of reconnecting with my physical TBR list.

Here is book 35/30 of my 2025 reading goal. I’ve heard great things about this one, therefore my expectations are rather high. 💙📚 #booksky
Oh, I have this one on my physical TBR list- I’ve heard wonderful things about it and cannot wait to read it. Thank you for sharing.
I was not ready and did not anticipate the emotional currents that would follow me throughout my time with, Where the Crawdads Sings—such an unexpected surprise. It tugged at my heart strings, and it made me angry, happy, hopeful, empathetic. 4/5

Here is book 34/30 of my 2025 reading goal:
Although I did not post the last book in the ACOTAR series (my 32/30 YTD read), I have completed the series and thoroughly enjoyed every book.

Now I move on to a much needed task: tackling my TBR.

Here is book 33/30 of my 2025 reading goal:
Yellow Wife was a fast-paced read. Set during the time of slavery, it is a story of resilience, hope, and sacrifice. 3.75/5

I could not, however, wait to start the next book in the ACOTAR series.

So, here is book 31/30 of my 2025 reading goal:
A Court of Mist and Fury was…🥵 Although the ending was a bit wth-ish, I thoroughly enjoyed reading the book and the author’s ability to intricately weave together the plot, passion, and the storytelling. 4.25/5

Here is book 30/30 of my 2025 reading goal. I, of course, will not be stopping at 30.
The Lion Women of Tehran was an inspiring read—a book of hope, survival, perseverance, and courage. 4/5 read for me.

Since reading book one, I was anxiously awaiting this next book. I haven’t been this excited about a book series since Hunger Games.

Here is book 29/30 of my 2025 reading goal:
Oh how I really enjoyed reading, A Court of Thorns and Roses- I did not find it to be slow paced at all as some have stated. I cannot wait to read the second book in the series. 4.25/5 for me. 💙📚 #booksky

Until then, here is book 28/30 of my 2025 reading goal:
If you enjoy a good tearjerker; a book laced with heart, humor, and compassion, I highly recommend reading, A Man Called Ove. Yes I cried, but I also laughed. 4.5/5 for me. 💙📚 #booksky

I am again late to the party with my next read. Nevertheless,

Here is book 27/30 of my 2025 reading goal:
Red Rising was not for me - the arrogant tone of the main character annoyed me. Also, too many characters introduced with no solid relation to the overall plot. First book I’ve ever DNF’d at 90%. 30 pages left and I couldn’t take it anymore. 1/5 for me.

Here is book 26/30 of my 2025 reading goal:
Everything is Tuberculosis was an enlightening, eye opening, heart wrenching read. Most of John Green’s books tend to tug at my heartstrings, and this was no different. 4/5 for me.

I know I’m late to the party with my next read, but here is book 25/30 of my 2025 reading goal:
The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue missed the mark for me: delayed resolution, repetitive language and storyline, holes in the plot (imho). There were high points, but overall it was a 2.5/5 for me.

Here is book 24/30 of my 2025 reading goal: Everything is Tuberculosis by John Green.
I FINALLY finished reading, 11/22/63 by Stephen King—after 850 pages and a month and a half—it is done. My first foray into a Stephen King book and my goodness, it did not disappoint- a story of time travel, love, and sacrifice. A solid 5/5. 💙📚 #booksky

Here is book 23/30 of my 2025 reading goal:
We had a delightful time in Copenhagen🇩🇰
The Cleopatra Cipher was a heart pounding, action packed, book that kept me on the edge of my seat. If you enjoyed The DaVinci Code, you’ll enjoy this one. 3.5/5

At 850 pages, this behemoth, book 22/30 is accompanying me on my upcoming holiday trip to Europe: Stephen King’s 11/22/63.
Keeper of Enchanted Rooms was a cute, whimsical read. Although it is riddled with a slow start, and a head-scratching plot, I rather enjoyed the story. 3.75/5 for me.

Similar to the other books in the series, Percy Jackson - The Titan’s Curse, is a heart pumping adventure filled with surprises. 4.5/5

Here is book 19/30 of my 2025 reading goal: A Thousand Splendid Suns. Admittedly, I am preparing myself for an emotional journey with this one.

The House of Eve was a rich historical read that so effortlessly captured the story of black women in the 1950s. The storytelling was sharp, intricately woven, and inviting. 3.5/5 for me.

Here is my book 18/30 of my 2025 reading goal. Percy Jackson Book III

The House in the Cerulean Sea was such a heartwarming experience. That book warmed my spirit and touched my soul in ways I hadn’t anticipated. 4/5 for me.
