Yup, looks like shaggy mane! Here are some of mine.
Pretty! I’m pretty positive it’s in the Gymnopilus genus, but I think they are hard to identify further, maybe Gymnopilus fulvosquamulosus?

Also you can clearly see the rusty orange spores on the railing, underneath the cap, so spore print already done! 😆
Some sort of Gymnopilus? Looks pretty rad, do you have closeup shots?

Tagging with #fungifriends for the fungi loving community on here 😄
Well they were elected, so all citizens bare responsibility to compensate the victims.

But also the administration should be held accountable as well. Plus we need to reform qualified immunity so that they can additionally be held personally liable. Their riches forfeited.
And what looks like a nice specimen of wolf’s milk slime mold!
Carefully take out of the pan and flip on the plate. This is a bit tricky - best approached from the cap side, using fish spatula.

The stem is crunchy and the cap is has soft buttery texture. Strong bright mushroom aroma.
Once browned, add a bit of of water and cover until water evaporates
Toss in the pan on medium heat, minimal to no oil, let it brown.
Halve them, sprinkle with salt and add a dash of olive oil
The shaggy mane cluster keeps on giving! 🧵for recipe! #fungifriends #cooking
Awesome! What kind of mushrooms, do you know?
The shaggy mane is not mycorrhizal, so it does not interact with the plants.

We planted tomatoes, basil, peppers and some Mexican marigolds. That was the primary purpose of the wine barrel planters. The mushrooms were a happy coincidence!
Haha I can offer only more photos of mushrooms

I love how Rep. Joe Neguse reframed this question.
Sounds like we are agreeing with different words 😆
The longer term effect will be determined more by the availability of affordable EVs and the economy as a whole.

When we hopefully get progressive administration, that could really speed up adoption significantly, I agree with that point.
Agreed the regime is very detrimental to many things, including this.

My point is many buyers rushed to buy before the credit expired, that pulled in sales. Following few months will see unusually low demand. After that demand will recover to large extent.
Only wealth tax can help. 2% is nothing, they won’t feel it at all.
Probably just temporary, it pulled purchases forward naturally. I expect this to recover to large extent.

The more long-term drag will be affordability and worsening economy.

Tariffs also artificially keep adoption low by eliminating high quality low price EVs from the market.
If you like taking photos, you can post and tag them with “#fungifriends” and they’ll appear at the fungifriends feed where folks will likely be able to tell what they are.

It’s a fun feed to learn about mushrooms while casually scrolling through 😄
