Pax day 2 was fun! I did a pokemon tournament at pax yesturday! I won 4 out of 6 matches, didn't get the overall victory but I did WAY better than I thought I would haha

Dancing on stream was a big positive impact to my confidence. Used to never dance outside my room but this week I danced at some parties and it felt cool to feel confident enough to do that <3

The opportunity thus far has positively impacted my life in ways I could never anticipate

So uh, the response to the positive news video was WILD to say the least. People REALLY want more! So I'll try to make another at some stage, maybe like every 2 months or so? or month and a half? Unsure the right balance but I'll figure it out :)

So the upcoming Lucy video is the most requested kinda video by far in a recent survey I did. Hopefully people like it!!! It'll hopefully spread good vibes!! It might not be an amazing 'algorithm' video tm but I think good vibes are the priority

Me when I was 17-18ish
So much has changed since then lol. This purple wig use to be EVERYTHING to me back then. And those glasses I use to wear a bunch to obscure my face when I went to shopping centres. They were literally 3d movie glasses with the frames taken out.

But like... you might wonder, lucy why do you dance hip hop styles anyway? seems a bit random? Well I did breakdancing classes when I was 10 ! so hip hop adjacent styles have been a part of the dance journey from the beginning I guess. That's the main reason I don't do much contemporary or jazz etc

And for my arm movements, there's HEAVY michael jackson inspiration in how I approach dance with my hands, those snappy movements def come from that. Then also some moves I do come from a style called tectonik, its not crazy popular but there a youtubechannel I love called "wontbelong" I learnt from
