I forgot to mention that even when reading written stuff by alters like Leo with strong amnesia barriers, I can then forget afterwards what he said and have to keep re-reading it several times before anything sticks. Same when someone tells me what he said to them, the summary can be erased later 🤷‍♂️

Like.. my head is usually over my heels when I'm not lying down. If it's not, it probably means something bad happened and I've taken a tumble! 😱

Also an option... if you know what prescription you need from testing out reading glasses, there are places online where you can buy prescription glasses in any frames you want for relatively cheap!

Even my rimless ones, I replace yearly for only about £60

I'm so glad you got the help you needed! I was on meds for over a decade myself. But, the root of my problems was apparently far deeper as I discovered this year.

Perhaps not exactly on the same theme... but someone who wasn't Chris wrote a paragraph or 2 of my astrophysics master's project report and they were quite good! I can't remember which section it was, but I went to go start the section, only to find it had already been started. 😅

My very last research paper in undergrad was on the marketing trends and public reactions around the creation and success of Power Rangers and I started *the research* at 1am the night before the 8am class and got an A. And given the misinformation on that subject, AI woulda gotten it all wrong too.

I wrote a 15 page report on heraldic symbolism in medieval armor and weapon design for my art history class the night before it was due (8am class). Made up 90% of it (only found one book for reference) and got an A. GenAI could fucking never.
