I exist because the system doesn’t always work.
When nothing else works, Feel Strong does.
It sounds innocuous enough; that's the trap. 
Haven't squatted in 10 years? I wouldn't start at 315 pounds. 
Haven't run in 10 years? I wouldn't set the treadmill at a 6:00 mile pace. 
The answer is creating skills and resiliency to jump in when you want to. 
It's simple, not easy.
Medication can be magical.
And it's not enough. 
Medication can't make you stronger. It can't improve your cardio-respiratory fitness. It can't improve your balance, coordination, or give you all the tools to make you more resilient.  Get in suckers, we're lifting weights.
The Overhead Squat is a useless assessment. It tells you absolutely nothing. 
Good news: we never make you overhead squat to see how your hips are doing.

Breaking beliefs is part of the job. Your own beliefs about your capabilities, your potential, the kind of person you are and COULD BE is absolutely fundamental to whether or not we progress.
