In my opinion and I may be alone on this one, but the DVD extended editions are the best releases of these films...hands down! The book design, the illustrations on the inside and the features rival some of the best releases that are coming out to this day. Own these sets and will never let them go!

No offense to you, Sebastian and the argument can be made that Demi's role wasn't as fleshed. However, Mikey's wasn't either. All she does in the movie is get naked, have sex, party and yell/scream. Not very complex to me. She has only one throwaway line about her family and that's at the very end.

Hot take, but she didn't deserve it. It's a good performance in a decent movie, but not Oscar worthy and giving it to an unproven actress off of a stripper/hooker role we've seen before in cinema doesn't impress me. Just my opinion, but it's hard to invest in the Oscars when they play it safe.
