Panel 1: Tartaglia complains of knee and stomach pain and vomiting. His speech bubbles overlap one another, to make his speech sound fast, annoying and easy to ignore. Behind his figure is white text piling up, consisting of "bla bla" and "babble".
He says: "Also I got pain in my knee now, am I old? And then my head started hurting so bad i had to throw and for some reason it was kinda purple? With orange bits in it? and kinda bloody, too? That was just last week."

Dottore stands to the right of the panel, turning away from Tartaglia and the reader, while reading a paper and holding a scalpel in his left hand in silence.

Panel 2 zooms in on their upper bodies: Tartaglia comes closer to the Doctor, pointing an accusatory finger in his direction and looking annoyed and angry.
Tartaglia says: "Aren't you a doctor, Dottore? You should know what's going on! Help me!" Dottore turns only his head to him.

Panel 3: Dottore finally pays attention and leans in, lifting his mask to show a neutral, calm expression. He states: "It's cuz you're pregnant. Congratulations." Tartaglia's expression falls to dumbfounded shock. The previously pointing finger lowers, too. His speech bubble says "wuh-- !?".

Panel 4 : Tartaglia leans forward on a table, still shocked. "That can HAPPEN!?" he screams.
Dottore turns his body to fully face Tartaglia's, but his eye is locked with the viewer's, expressing annoyance with his coworker.
