Wanted to make an alt focusing more on a milk centric Mega evolution, tail becoming a cannon. The difficulty being trying to keep it PG for a Pokemon which Nintendo would definitely not make now

Tried to give them a Mega evolution, the difficult part is changing the silhouette but keeping the proportions the same- and Miltank doesn't have that many features to accentuate to begin with
