Reposting this because of a minor mistake in the original that I keep thinking about. #MHart #MonsterHunter
A short comic inspired by Monster Hunter Wilds Panel 1 Rosso arrives at the Grand Hub. Panel 2 Rosso spots The Hunter talking with the Arena Clerk. The Hunter says, "An arena quest for two, please." Panel 3 The clerk says, "Gotcha! And is he your partner?" Panel 4 The Hunter is confused. Rosso, having only heard the the last part of the conversation, exclaims, "Partner?!?" The Hunter then turns to see him peeking in from behind him. Rosso says, "Sup!" in an attempt at being nonchalant. The Hunter isn't buying it. Panel 5 The hunter turns back to the clerk and says, "No, I'll be hunting with Olivia." Panel 6 The Hunter puts his arm around Rosso and says, "This is my boyfriend!" Rosso, clearly flustered by the declaration, blushes and yells "BOYFRIEND?!?!?" in his head. The clerk gives them a thumbs up and says, "Nice!"

The guidelines are disappointing, but I doubt they’ll enforce the stupid stuff much. I’m going to keep doing what I’m doing. Any punishment for that is just a signal that I don’t want to keep using this site anyway.

A redraw of an idea I had years ago now that it's more relevant than ever.
A 4-panel comic Panel 1 C.J. is talking to someone about pokemon. This comic is from their point-of-view. He says, "After Fire-types, Dark-type pokemon are my favorites. Dark-types have a bad rep, and it's COMPLETELY undeserved. How can you look at this little guy and say that he's evil?" He holds Gruff, a shiny Maschiff, for the viewer to see. Panel 2 The viewer says, "Exactly! I feel the same about my friend Malamar! Just look at how cute it is!" C.J. and Gruff are clearly unsettled by the image of Malamar looking at them, but the viewer does not notice. Panel 3 Gruff runs away, leaving C.J. alone with the viewer. Panel 4 C.J. resumes the conversation, saying, "A-as I was saying, MOST Dark-types aren't evil." Background info: C.J. has a fear of mind-controlling pokemon, and the person is speak to has been hypnotized by Malamar.
